Nature teaches and we should learn. To live life in the realm of Truth is to put oneself in danger from authoritative figures, in other words predators. Skills of survival are learned with experience and many setbacks until the warrior shines! To hide in a deceitful life is not to truly live one's own life.

In the food chain we are all both predators and prey
and so the analogy holds well. The strongest talons
sometimes appear where and when we least expect them.
Tis a tale well told, Sir Richard.

As I read this I perceived two things: that you put predators on a pedestal of perfection. Probably because most of the time predators like American Bald Eagles are shown in still photos and videos as highly successful hunters. In fact, they probably miss more than they catch. And, since they are opportunistic, they gather at dumps where food is more readily available without having to go through the difficult cat and mouse game of stalking and ambushing.

The other day I watched a Kestrel in my backyard trying to capture one of the sparrows that frequent the yard for the birdfeeder. I saw the Kestrel dive into my variegated privet twice and saw sparrows explode in all directions out of it. The Kestrel came up out of the bush to land on the fence, it's feathers ruffled, in defeat. After several attempts, frustrated, it flew off, either to rest or to seek food elsewhere.

The second thing that I noticed was that by capitalizing YOU, you were referring to us humans as perfecting our predatory instincts by learning how to succeed through perseverance and practice.

We can learn much by observing the creatures of the air,.

They live their lives without prejudice and they abide by the

natural laws of nature and humanity. If we were birds we

would fly towards, with no uncertainty or qualm. How amazing he is this God of love , human, and creatures. I thank him every day
