It is sad, that we spent so much on the military and so little on wounded warriors, mentally or physically, and don't support the families left without a breadwinner who gave everything. But this organization who I've never heard of, seems to be doing the right thing. Too often, foundations focus on a pet target for their giving, leaving so many others without.

Thank you for offering this opportunity to give to a cause that is so an inherently good. I might add that, for those in need, there is a real shortage of caregivers. Whether they be volunteer or paid, many of the wounded need hands-on support daily to maintain health and happiness.

...Your heart is so huge as a river of mercy for these extremely very special Americans.... They need our love so desperately and need encouragement and honor to hold their heads high that they are so appreciated and loved..I will try to give money this Christmas to them..
Veterans are so deeply appreciated by me and my husband Paul, as he is an army National Guard veteran. As a result of me being married to a veteran with PTSD and severe brain injury I know how special their needs are. I have been to the VA so many times and my heart is so filled with love and complete awe for them...I'm so proud of the homes for veteran's origination, as I know of it!!!!... They desperately need affordable housing...They deserve this and our love forever..A door came open with my knowledge from Paul's injuries suffered in war training and Im so eternally thankful for his service, sacrifice and others, including our beloved fallen.It is a forever bond between brothers and sisters.. These are incredibly brave, beautiful and courageous citizens that deeply love America, the greatest country known on earth.... Many with these vets with these types of injuries wind up homeless, drug addicted and , suicidal. It is a long painful road to recovery and establishing themselves into society again, which many Americans should put themselves in their shoes and be thankful... They deserve our greatest love, gratitude and admiration. My husband and I are life long members of DAV and American Legion, which advocates many issues for vets , including rides to medical appointments. Once we rode in the DAV van and we picked up many veterans with no legs in wheelchairs, blind from IUD blasts, ptsd and many more disabilities. My love for them is endless.. It makes no sense for them to fight endless wars and they come back so damaged and many not cared for. WE MUST DO BETTER AS A NATION!!!! I'm an advocate for them and I honor every patriot grave because so much was sacrificed for this beautiful great land which I deeply love. At least we can truly honor the fallen by honoring their now brothers and sisters that continue on in this earth until we meet all together with the Lord...
