An angel walked into my life quietly and without fanfare.
He made no point to enlighten me so I knew not he was there.
He walked softly and his voice was calm and soft as a summer breeze.
If I had known just who he was I would have fallen to my knees.
He wanted no such recognition and came not for my praise.
He quietly walked into my broken life to reshape and improve my coming days.
When he was done with what he did I had a better view
that my savior died high on the cross so I would have life anew.
The angel wanted no fanfare, no praises and no credit for he was God’s light.
He brightened my darkness and filled my aching heart and soul with wonderful delight.
When he left I know not… just as I know not when he came.
However I know he was here for he saved my soul and erased sins shame.
Blessed are those who have not seen but still in their hearts believe.
The kingdom of Heaven is for those who know God’s love will never leave.

I believe in Angels. I believe they guard us..lead us down the bumpy road of life.
Palms 91: 11
For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
That is one of my favorite Bible verses, Lew. Another verse that has given me great comfort is Palms 91-4.
