I know the employers always look for the best miracle worker with minimum wage. We can see a lot of this happening in the private sectors.
I can't remember what you do, but I think you are doing some of beneficial to the general public who are in need. In this regard, your asking for the best at minimum wage is understandable for it is almost like a voluntary job. I'm sure a lot of kind hearted people with lots of spare time will be happy to do the job.
