A composite of bachelor dreams. Any man who says he didn't feel this way is probably of another gender.

Jean Queen

Like in a dream, I remember,
the Jean Queen named Jean.

She was blessed with those special genes,
that made her high school prom queen.

At the park she could be seen,
with bare midriff and splitting seams.

As fit as someone who worked out,
the top cheerleader when she'd shout.

Not only beautiful, she was kind,
touched everyone, left none behind.

She touched us with her gentle soul,
when she winked or kissed without goal.

In a miniskirt her legs were long,
a flash of pantie for a song.

We dreamed of her all day long,
we dreamed up words for her song.

In a bikini at the pool,
she gathered followers,
and some would drool.

Just the nature of young guys,
she understood and let us spy.

We all wished for our own Jean Queen,
some of us got ours in wedding scene.

Some of us didn't, but were blessed,
to have known the Queen of jeans.
Still, after all these years, the best.

Even us old guys can appreciate this poem, even though fashions weren't like this when I was in high school. However, they have constantly improved ever since from my point of view, which makes this a good world to be living in.

It's amazing what a pair of jeans can do for the posterior view. I once met a girl whose jeans were so tight, I had to ask her how she got out of them. She replied, You can start by buying me a drink.

I remember those high cut jeans from the 70's and how comfy they were. Not like today's hip jeans that you got constantly to pull up.
lol., Today I opt for long skirts. Thank you for the delightful read and memory dear Ron, you have yourself a wonderful day, Hugs xo

Your poem brought out the BEST in that real beauty is what's inside the blue jeans. Well done Ron!

A nice pair of jeans can turn the eye, but they eyes have it. A girl with sparkle and wit in her eyes beats all.

I always loved the girls that bared their midriff's, it seemed to make them even more sexy than the girls in their bikini's...-e-

You hit a tender nerve in all of us XYers, Ron. A good pair of well-fitting jeans on a perfectly proportioned female body is the stuff that furthers the human procreative urge, LoL. Isn't it interesting to consider how very much we (men) are slaves to these visual cues to 'get physical'. Although some women DO seem to understand that men are visually stimulated first (and by less direct cues, secondarily), far too many do not and that can be dangerous for women if a low-mentality moron happens to be the viewer (so to speak). I recall my own HS 'cheer-leader' jeans queen. She was the chem prof's daughter, extremely smart, but also very pretty (with a body that would stop a clock dead cold); additionally, she was a so-called'banner-girl' for the school's band and I was totally smitten from first encountering her in 6th grade (believe it or not). Long story short, I went to college and she married some idiot who killed them both in a needless auto accident. Sigh. I'll always remember her, though...my own 'Jeans Queen'. Thanks for the memory catalyst!

Yes, there is something about well fitting jeans on a lady of a well proportioned bottom and legs. And yes, there are a few who have forgotten such memories. Pity.

I'd bet that she is the one who got the biggest kick out of the whole thing!! 'Love it!!
