Fear not, dear One, and cease thy soul to grieve;

The one you love shall never really leave.

She lives on in the memories of those she leaves behind;

In the spirits of the ones she loves, her spirit you will find.

For you -- her child -- the harvest reap,

which all her years was sown.

Your heart has been the garden where

her tender plants were grown.

And as you walk, and talk, and live,

you'll find her living, too,

as in your life this truth is known --

her life goes on, in you.                 


The Apostle Paul, speaking to Timothy, said this:
"I long to see you..........I have been reminded of
your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother....and in your mother....and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also."  (2 Timothy 1:4, 5)
