Miss Alexandra Jordan Faust
You came into our lives one wintry day,
so tiny that we feared to hold you tight;
Then infant fingers wrapped around our hearts
and drew us to you, Precious Little Mite!
Your perfect rosebud lips could bring a smile
to any hardened warrior passing through;
Though merely a handful of pink softness,
we knew God's gracious hand had fashioned you.
You're five years old today, and now we wonder,
How did we live without our sparkling girl?
Your shining eyes, your heart of love and laughter---
Alexandra, you've brightened up our world!
We wish for you the happiest birthday--
presents and giggles filling up your house;
You've grown almost as big as your name now--
Our sweet
MISS ALEXANDRA JORDAN FAUST!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

How wonderful to re post this poem as an honor to a precious grandchild.
You are a blessed grandma and we are the blessed readers.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
What a loving tribute to your beautiful granddaughter. It's okay to brag, grandmas are allowed. I have six and a half myself and everyone is a winner. (The other "half" should be here any day)
