AMEN! AMEN! AMEN! Connie!
Glad I didn't miss this Absolutely truthful loving poem/prayer of healing and forgiving and moving on!
I was sexually/ETc abused by my dad (birth) My #150th. Poem or so - "MY Mom's Husband" showed it in length and honest! a true Healing, if you didn't read it...PLEASE! Do! I have changed much since then. Thank God1 and I sure do in all my poetry and my thoughts, prayers and actions!
Your poem and your giving warm heart touched me deeply! Thank you, through him YOU are so guided! with his love, touch and Wisdom!

Very nicely written. I loved the scripture at the end.

"Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." (Matthew 11:28,29)
Who would not want to be WITH HIM?

Hi Connie:

This was very touching to see the struggle some know only too well, between there faith and the reality they see around them. In that 40th chapter of Isaiah, God mentions that dilemma of man and gives an answer to it. Michelle Kidwell had a write up on that today using that entire 40th chapter. Interesting, how the Lord speaks.
