Childlike faith is not silly, stupid or inferior. Rather, it is the exact kind of faith that God requires if one is to know Him. And so, I look to Him believing His word, believing that He sent Jesus Christ, His Son, in my stead, to pay for the sin of the whole world, and I agree in humility and repentance that I am one of the sinners for whom He paid the price.
Simple words from a simple heart devoted, my Lord, to Thee.
The faith that moves my heart to pray
is childlike and free.
A passing insect on the ground,
unseen by those above,
has more acclaim to worldly fame

And yet, You gave Your Son for me --
