This is very true. I've known ladies who were beautiful when I was too small to notice but now that I am old enough to, there isn't much remaining to notice. With that beauty and that sweetness of once being their only capital, old age turned them beggars. But there is too less awareness of this in those who are beautiful today, isn't there? On the other hand, life is made permament by the instrument of ephemerality and there is nothing that lasts forever, so life uses what it has when it has it, and however strong our awareness, however high our grades, one day we cease whether we want it or not. Everything simple is very complex.

Your grand daughters are lucky to have someone with good advice to give. nice write
