Change...it has to be...oh well

People you love
and love to be with
move away
It happens
and so it goes
It is sad
and it is hard
but somehow
you get past it
and go on
and are forced
to actually
embrace change

I have had a tough week crying about this upcoming change in my life. I will be okay, but it is also okay to cry about loss and change and all the things that matter because if not...we deny ourselves the emotion and without emotion we are robotic and dull.

Sometimes even the Tin Man cries...pass the oil can, please.
