I love springtime
The sunshine and the breezes fair
The fresh, clean smells of nature
Filling the pure sweet scented air.
I love springtime
The blossoms blooming on flowering trees,
Little buds bursting into colorful petals
Inviting hoards of swarming bees.
I love springtime
The brightness of the early dawn light
Another lovely day to greet us
Opportunity to make our moods all bright.
I love springtime
The people busy coming and going
Taking advantage of abundant life
Giving sustenance to things growing.
Oh, yes, I do love springtime
When God is stocking his store with rebirth
Making living things fresh and anew
Putting His stamp on all things of worth.
Amen to springtime
Amen to people, plants, and animals
Amen to love of one another,
Amen to God’s worldwide families.
O, I was wildly excited and caught up in your intoxicating delirium of loving springtime, all smiles and nods and singing "Amen"--

Jeanette it is always a pleasure to visit and partake of your works and visionary insights.
I enjoyed the swirling,twirling imaginative fun while reading this poem it was like attending a beautiful ballet.
Just sensational "I Love Spring" we are all so blessed!
I believe it unanimous, Springtime is the favorite of most everyone. I have always favored Spring so that I wish it could last longer to calm the winters bite & spare the summers scorch. Spring is for romance and the gentle songs of life. Excellent expression in this piece.
