Seems as though you're
always chasing rainbows.
As you try to find love
and happiness at the end.

~*~

Such a hunger that gnaws
deep within your soul.
Searching for someone
Who's more then a friend.

~*~

Sleeping in darkness
all alone,
In a cold empty bed
each night.

~*~

There is no one for you
to tenderly hold.
Nor anyone to softly kiss
you goodnight.

~*~

Oneday you shall find
your pot of gold.
For when you least expect it,
It surely will come your way.

~*~

Then no longer will you
be chasing rainbows.
For love shall peacefully shine
Inside of your heart eachday.
