The daily salad recipe
10 ounces of laughter
5 ounces of smile, minced
¼ ounce of patience, thinly sliced
½ ounce of empowerment
½ ounce of strength
½ ounce of determination
1 ounce of forgiveness
3 ounces of gratitude
5 spoons of love
2 teaspoons of courage, chopped fine
4 tablespoons of hope
1 ounce of kindness
2 teaspoons of faith
4 tablespoons of good attitude
2 teaspoons of compassion
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients with love, gratitude and forgiveness until smooth. Adjust laughter and strength to taste. Add enough patience and a dash of compassion. Season with a good attitude and courage. Mix well. Add smile and kindness as needed. Serve 365 days a year.

*I enjoyed reading your very healthy recipe for success. Reminds me of a poem I wrote a few years ago, "Cookie for One." A not so healthy recipe....LOL! You really know how to "cook" to inspire one's journey through life and you certainly have all of the tools.
If all of us consumed and served this daily what a different world we would live in.
(I must say that I think the patience should be cut in thick slabs rather than thinly though... otherwise there is too great a chance of the patience wearing thin and impatience breaking through... :~) )
