To pay tribute to Martin Luther King Jr., I site what I learned from my parents teaching and from my own religious study and teachings. The reason is that what I learned was the same things I heard him speak when he peacefully tried to advance the cause of his people.

Our family listened and admired him, for what he stood for and what he accomplished. The following is what I had learned and what I heard in his speeches and preaching.

The human race has a duty to care for each other and all living things. To remember that life is sacred!. To reach out and care for all the,  poor hungry, sick suffering dying lonely forgotten mentally ,spirtually and physically needy,and especially the  children regardless of color or creed!

To respect our environment, and communities, our laws , our government, and all institutions. To be caretakers of all living things. I pray we will hear Marin Luther Kings  message , for it is also Creators way, and He instilled in us all we have  within us to do good, to spread peace and love throughout this world, without bias of any kind.

Why is it people who call themselves believers can't remember that God made everyone and thing there is and called it good? Does anyone think God would have made so many different races, and not care for all of them equally?

His unconditional love doesn't stop at the color white, nor does it stop covering everything He created. If you truly believe, you will  follow the examples He set for us, as did Martin Luther King Jr.!
