To call myself a witch
Would be an insult to witches
As hormonal fluxes
Are having their way
With me:
Vivid, disturbing dreams;
Sudden, histrionic outbursts;
Mean, evil glares;
I hate myself as I am!
Where is that calm,
That peace,
That I worked so long
To achieve?
Menopause!
God help my little world!

It will pass, natural herbs can help you! Go to a natural foods store and talk to the pharmacist there...You will be surprised to find a wide range of products that will help your moods...
hey...don't be sad....it;s also a phase of life...be cakm & have peace...enjoy this phase by doing something different which you have not done so far...
