Still no better--pray for me--

Poem Artwork

My name is Pain.
You say that you never have any friends.
I will be the friend that you never had.
I promise I'll stay here until your end.

My name is Pain.
I would like to see what it is you're made of.
Can you handle me?  We will soon find out.
You are going to wear me like a glove.

My name is Pain.
You just thought you knew me...well, you were wrong.
Find out what it's really like to suffer.
I am going to teach you a new song.

My name is Pain.
Let me hold you--I'll never let you go.
I promise you, there will be no escape.
I have ways of making you scream, you know.

My name is Pain.
I have a surprise in the torture room.
You and I are getting married today.
Come, my bride, it is time to meet your groom.

Karla,

This is true horror, from the gut, and from someone who truly seems to, unfortunately, understand their subject matter extremely well.

Dear Karla,
This poem is incredibly impactful. I always say the final lines of a poem are the most important. Yours packed a powerful punch. It has left me with a deep ache. If this was written from experience, I have deep compassion. ((((((((hugs)))))))) God bless you!

What John said, Karla, a most unbearable read, so much so that I am scared of what youre going thru just from the poem itself...I can say to hang in there, but I know that is just what you will do, maybe prayer is not enough, there must be some kind of medical treatment out there...? Hope you find Peace, Ed & Rufuz

Credible read. Pain can do that to the thought processes. In the 1980s, I wrote some poetry on experiencing pain. Best wishes to you, R

Very dark and morbid work...effectively creates a feeling of deep despair. Hope it is more fiction than truth. All good things to you, dear lady, Jim.
