Listening to ocean waves on CD inspired this one. :)
The beach hisses like a cat with each pass of water that flows back and forth over its feet; it arches its back in protest, but can't escape the rising of the tide.
Very unique and well crafted write; your mind sounds like it has wandered back to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen; perhaps another cruise is in order?? *grins* Very well done; enjoyed this one so much; brava!

I think my favorite place is the beach too, Karla, or anywhere near water. It seems that there is a peace that makes you relax when you're either in the water, or just relaxing by its shore. Thanx for sharing.

when i lived on the beach in venice california, i loved going to sleep each night to the rhythm of the ocean...even when it is violent there is a peace to it
