Karen been in hospital one week today.

All of your prayers, large and
small have been huge in
helping Karen to recover.
Thank you from the bottom
of my grateful heart; she's
still sick, but doing better.

Don't know how long she'll
be in hospital, but as soon as
I can, I'll update you and
get back to writing poetry.
Been staying with her the
whole time, today is the first
time I've been able to get
away.  I'll be going back
later today.

Karen's diagnosis (so far LOL):

low H and H (blood count)
hypothyroidism
G.I. bleed
tumor left ovary (contained)
impacted large intestine (resolved)

She had a bad day yesterday,
her potassium was low, affected
her heartbeat and blood pressure;
had to go to MICU, she was out
of it most of yesterday; come
evening, she was more aware
and stable.

Had a good night last night, she
looks wiped, but much better
than she did.  Tubed and plugged
in, wired for sound, but she's stable
THANK GOD!!  Breathing on her
own, so thanks be to God for that.

She's asking about y'all.  She
misses y'all, too!!  As do I.
