Oh yes... what a thought!! Should the thread break, I think it best that the full weight of the sun fall directly on us, don't you?? Quick, clean and hopefully painless. Amazing thought and finely, deceptively wrought into a golden chain of kus. Like a hypnotising fob watch swinging on a chain.... hmmm... wondered what could have inspired THESE thoughts?? Enjoyed this one Karla, for who knows what the future holds, there is a scripture in the bible that speaks of a time when the sun refuses to shine...who knows, all I know is to live good, trust in the Lord, and set our goal for heaven. Great write my friend.

The world uses light to cleanse. The moon cools us down to sleep and, like a lullaby ,comforts the bedding down of creatures and man. Nostradamus predicted in 2007 that the beginning if the end starts with the ice cap breaking down. A 35 mile chunk did just that last week. Things are happening.

If the sun were to go away, the earth would freeze in no time and I rather imagine all human life would cease to exist. Giving me goosebumps just thinking about it.

Quite an imagination there, Karla. Yes, a chilling thought indeed! Though what is to happen in the end will be more catastrophic than that, I dare say.

Chilling but also not so far fetched I am afraid especially with the continuing threat of Global Warming and the rapid calving of the Arctic Ice fields. May not be in our lifetime but then again who knows. Challenging mind write.
