Red, ripe fruits, suddenly rare,
due to salmonella scare ---
we have all been put under
tomato warnings.  Thunder
no longer appears so bad:
no BLTs makes me sad.

Persistence does not include
the weather, unless it's summer ---
heat and humidity is
the norm, the same old same bummer
of a pattern, day after
day --- maybe for variety
a pop-up thunderstorm --- or
maybe not.  Texas weather --- wheee!

die, bug.  stop buzzing in
my ear!  ev'ry time my
hand draws near, off you go
until the next pass 'round
my head.  i want you gone,
i want you dead.  you are
getting on my last nerve ...

... Will it storm tonight, or just
tease us?  Storms to the North
may or may not approach.  This
is what gets me, the uncertainty of
yes/no/perhaps.  Somebody will get
the forecast right.  Just don't know who.

minus twenty, maybe forty
(if lucky) reviews equals
a lot less than trackers, tracking ---
doesn't add up.  Totally bumfuzzled.
