Ok... but think about this.... My Joe is slender, hard bodied, etc...for a 68 yr old...and....his favorite "gift" from the kids and anyone who will provide one...are...HERSHEY'S choc bars, the thick big ones! or Mr. Goodbar's, thick and rich with nuts!!!! He got 6 of them for his birthday...SIX and he ate everyone within one week!!!! I am not a choc person...so I eat a pinch and watch me blow up like a balloon... just isn't fair!!!!! Waist??? Where is it??? Who knows??? I lost mine way back when...and so...I don't plan to look for it anymore...no one looks anyway...and I refuse to check.... so I totally understand your writing....really cute...sad...and too darn true for most of us!!!! hugs, lindalaw

Personally, I rather be waited then wasted away. Cute write Karla. Now be quiet and pass me that Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate bar. No, no; not the miniature one; the super sized one my friend; the whole one pound of it. I promise I'll only eat a half pound this afternoon and save the other half for my midnight snack. seems so unfair doesn't it? just remembr those slim waisted are usually healthy fast paced people whose job and lifestyles call for diets. Just be yourself and enjoy it Karla,as Christine says, we love ya, just the way you are!

For weight control and health I'm taking "Colostrum", it keeps me healthy and strong and my waistllne has never been smaller.

I have lost 12 lbs. already over the last three months.

Interesting about those glamour models which any psysician would diagnose as anorexic and very unhealthy. Not long ago, I saw one on the front page of a woman's magazine. I saw it many times and, every time I saw it again, I had the same "she is very very ill" gut-sick feeling about her. She seems to have now disappeared from the covers and I fear the worst for her.

We have been market-conned into thinking that those unhealthy models are "beautiful" and different generations have sometimes vastly different ideas about that. Please do not compare yourself unfavorably to someone who is deliberatly starved and drugged to create a false image.
