"just 'cause i step on fluffy's tail, makin' her hiss,
"just because i broked my pappa's new computer,
"just 'cause i runned over de cat wit' my scooter,
"just because i broked the window (for de t'ird time),
"just 'cause i stoled daddy's change, all nickles an' dimes,
"just because i put fluffy in de microwave,
"just 'cause i clumbed on de roof, i t'ought dat was brave,
"just because dere's paint all over de bedroom walls,
"just 'cause down de toilet i try to flush a ball,
"just because i got lost, walkin' out in de fog,
"just 'cause i got bit, i kicked dat mean neighbor's dog,
"just because i th'ew up during supper dat nigh',
"just 'cause i scared my sis, i gave her such a frigh',
"if i don' behave, i'll never get outta here,
"i'll be grounded forever...'til my senior years!"
