up again
another two pounds
look at these mounds
of fat
tryin' to lose
NOT GAIN
aggravation
deprivation
STARVATION

mirror shows
i hate what i see
who's that not me
nasty
diet again
ugly
irritation
accusation
AGITATION

i've been good
calories delete
watch what i eat
and walk
veggies and grains
no sweets
perspiration
adaptation
DEDICATION

weight's still there
it WON'T GO AWAY
it's here to stay
for good
FOREVER fat
WHY ME
condemnation
castigation
DESOLATION
------------------------------------------------------------
(((HUGS)))

because i've been there...
believe me...i understand.

love,

karla. :(

Karla, I can relate. My doctor told me to quit eating. I'm big but I'm solid. Almost look like the Rock. Except my stomachs a little bigger than his. I like being big, it's just the cholestrol and high blood pressure that I have to watch. Here's a big around you hug, don't worry you'll be all right, Good expressive piece, GEM

Karla,,Oh how many can relate to this! But it's really hard to lose weight when you can't do anything. You try to exercize and wind up in the ER,,but then they tell you if you don't you'll never lose it. What are we suppose to do? Oh well I'll just write and be happy and content,,Lisa

powerful write about what a person on a diet feels in their daily "battle of the bulge"; glad you accept yourself for WHO you are--a big, BEAUTIFUL woman--, and not for WHAT you are! glad you don't want to conform to society's image; not everyone can be thin! god made you the way you are for a reason, and i LOVE you for it! :) strong, emotional write! well done, karla! :) ((((HUGS)))) and love, your twin sister, karen lynn. :)
