Funny, when I posted last night, it was a toss-up between "Falling" and "Truth And Reality", in which I was thinking about how the two can be entirely different - but how it is that whatever is real to us is what actually shapes the way we negotiate life. As Nordette says, I love the sense of journeying in this, but it is paced with an easy stride that seems confident and assured; secure despite the potential vagaries of life. And for some reason, the image which you leave us with reminds me of the picture of God walking in the garden of Eden "in the cool of the evening shade", seeking out his friend Adam to have fellowship with him! A wonderful sense of breaking through with this, to inhabit the wide open space of higher planes: the tableland on the mountain top. Visionary to say the least. TY... Over and out! Kate xx

Profound write! Synthesize all those points of energy entering your conciousness. What you call "folly" is the very meat that will feed you what you want to know, for in the mundane are the lessons for our existence. You know not to be fooled by the appearance of things(illusion), think of what they represent in your life and the meaning they hold. There is plenty of "meat" in this poem to chew, for certain!

This reminds me of ancient proverbs.
Perhaps we are more kindred to those who went before, than we/I realise.

At 4 am, this sure feels deep for this brain of mine.

There are some very sound thoughts in these verses, Robert. We do have control of our dreams, and in life we are only limited by our own self-imposed boundaries. Wavering between the accepted norm and the world of enlightenment is for mere mortals. Those who wish soar with the eagles will not be held to the ground by the anchors of the masses. Deep, profound write, Robert, another awe inspiring piece.
