Cleansing the eyes of what remains to be seen
You see so much of the internal and external world, Jude. I am always grateful when I read your poetry, because it opens my eyes that much more to day light. Dawn

LOL. Not when your kid shouts -daddy I can't see- Till one washes away the sticky eye.
Such a great feeling to this. The sublime thoughts one has after a good nights relaxed rest.
That's it... I'm gonna be writin a pome called "After Aberjhani" today - what a comment to DIE for!!! Apart from that, I am gonna be jugglin me Jude's Top Ten cos this one shoots straight in at number 5, I reckon. Sublime, Jude, and is the most equisite, delicate poetry laced with a peaceful and gracious unveiling of the internal/external mystique of personal identity and yet harmonious oneness. From phucked up to beautiful in one tranquil breath. Rather than the "blocking" of Detritus, this is the antithetic shutting of eyes in order to absorb and to penetrate through the frail membrane of skin all that pertains to life, light and truth - a fluid exchange and a metamorphic transcendency of sorts. Reckon that window will become, like an expanding dawn, a far-reaching horizon that knows no bounds. Utterly gorgeous, and I better go before I burn out all me circuits for the day. Removing me stethoscope from me ears and checkin your pulse, reckon you're over the worst and well on the road to full recovery, resting in the wide open spaces you create for yourself and others who travel with you - even through the densest undergrowth of life's jungles or after the hardest of crash-landings! Call off the search - you're fine! :)) Kate xx
Absolutely lovely Jude.
You really have the gift to get deep inside yourself and bring it out.
Only you can see the real you. In the Day Light. I think you do it very nicely.
Daylight always shows us that good things come after the darkness.
Blessings,
Judith
Working with accumulated visions in your last two poems, this one and Detritus. Would you like to become invisible? The Spanish put the point nicely. "Have no thought of yourself for two years and no one will notice you."
When our world changes, it will not be man or woman who will change it, but its Author.
Jude, your self-identification is permanently poised in the Eternal. I realized this in Detritus. You experience calm even in the midst of intense poetry. I'm just an onlooker transcending the sphere of your conscious-unconscious poetry. I love your challenge!
Each person is but a grain of sand resting beside the sea. This thought sets the tone for Jill Eisnaugle’s latest poetry collection, Beside Still Waters.
