The best description of a meaningful kiss that I have ever read... Some use words to get to the kiss; others kiss to articulate inadequate words. The beauty with your writing is that you articulate the heart ALWAYS and your tongue is an extension of that particular centre (hmmmm... maybe not tooooo good to imagine THAT one!!). Psychically, your heart is always designed to reach out and touch, and that is where it employs beautiful words. The tongues that you tie together are but a figure of the hearts that you seek to unite. Your thoughts cannot help but be articulated through your heart, because that is where you connect... Blah, blah... Think I LIKE this one!! :)) K xx

Somehow I don't envision you to ever be at a loss for words, Jude, but being able to communicate through speech and writing can sometimes be two very different things. There are times when words pale to what we feel and at those times I am grateful for those who know my heart and soul so that I don't have to stumble in my expression. Very beautiful poetry.

So do I ... that is ... lose the ability to articulate my thoughts! I recognize the limits of my endurance when "our tongues are tied together" and I learned that well by practicing tying a cherry stem in a knot with my tongue, "Inside an orchard's grasp!"
