~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Where we venture while we sleep
Will help us ponder how far and deep
The light within will begin to reap
The muscle of being in absolute sync
When you dream the sky will bloom
With hidden passageways and unopened rooms
Leading to the psyche of unbridled space
Revealing contours of mind’s mysterious face
As the moon reflects the sun
The fire of life keeps us on the run
I will never disregard our separate parts
Crossing the finish line before we start
Love it when you rhyme. Had some vivid dreams last night. One about a sea plane, on wheels, dragging deer parts on ropes behind and one strapped to the right pontoon, piloted by an exotic prince, that, after a long run through field, failed to take off, even while being pulled by a tireless stallion.
Keep dreaming.
I think when we sleep we can sometimes enter another level of consciousness, or find a place in between levels, which can reveal insight we may not be conscious of while awake. The trick is to retain it! -a beautiful write.
"Finish Line"
"Where we venture while we sleep
Will help us ponder how far and deep"
This poem actually has spoken volumes, I enjoyed the utter truth of this write. Perhaps if more were intuned to their inner selves or should I say the inner and outer realms of themselves they would be better off.
All the best to you now and always...
Health, Wealth, and Prosperity this 2007 to you,
From the Heart of an Artist Quiet Storm
Dreams can be so inspiring as is your write. I am very fortunte and usually can remember more then one dream a night. One dream ended last night with a very loud question: Are you ready for your trip?
It will be interesting to see what that is about :-)
A really fine work. Filled with gentle nuance. Dreams seem to unbind the laces of our mind's shoe, freeing us to wander within through the mind and without through space and time. We can all enjoy and marvel at this phenom even without the Biochemical & Molecular Physics doctorates. Ain't it cool!
Really fine work and Happy New Year,
Dreams are a means of reminding us that we are much more than we believe ourselves to be and that nothing is impossible for us as long as we believe we can make it so. Dreams may stray from reality, but they never seem to go to the impossible. Happy New Year, Jude.
Oh yes... here's one to ponder about. I do believe we transcend to another plane when we sleep, whether we dream, or not. Being in tune with our spirituality is the key. Thank you Jude, for sending us off into 2007 with something to really think about.
I sometimes think, as we sleep, deep in our subconcious we seperate from self into some spiritual plane, so to speak, where cetain races compete...toward the hidden passageways and unopened rooms, as you put it...guiding us through a tomorrow, preparing us for the feat...
