Yup, some don't let it rise, it just does it's own boy thing...
LOL at Kate. Priceless..But Kate down there bloody Lulworth only has the sun in the morn... but sure is pretty..
Ahhh, Kartero.... Still baking, I see! :)) Not sure my temperature can take any more highs, but there sure is enough yeast in this poem to raise the fertility stakes so as to be able to propagate a glorious Edenic cornucopia, swelling the womb of the earth to bursting point and causing a Bang Big enough to people a brand new universe... Shouldn't be too hard for the American Dream, should it?! :)) Happy Pyrotechnics Day! (Is your Maniac still about??)
"Let it ooze, Deposit stars Within the oeuvre of heated moments"... I like when you use "stars" to represent "thoughts", perhaps. Yours are just the sort of inspired ideas that are needed to fertilise the ready soil of receptive minds.
This whole poem also strongly reminds me of Keats' "Bright Star" which he wrote for his beloved Fanny Brawne. Funnily enough, I just read up about this in my Daily Poem book yesterday. It says this: "Stars, whose fires corresponded with his own ardour (from the Latin 'ardere', 'to burn') were an endless preoccupation for Keats, and symptomatic of his sense of kinship with the transcendent world". Apparently he revised the final draft for this while his ship bound for Italy docked briefly down the road from here, at Lulworth Cove... Ain't life strange?! :)) LOL Kate xx
O.K. I am not sure if it is the fireworks going off over my house or this poem that has me spinning, but you have managed to incorporate the spirit of the day into a sensual offering. I hope you had a wonderful holiday, Jude.
Take care,
Sherry
.... And fireworks to you on the Fourth... and the 5th, and 6th, and on into next week! Words of action and activity... very well rocketed into another realm ! ! ! - Bill
The Gizz of free erotica spiritually descriptive of the explosive orgasm with the magnitude of the gunpowder keg stored up in your flesh cannon...BOOM! Re-load...Let it rise, again...
seems a good idea to let it rise. "deposit stars" is magical. a poem with fireworks and the slow, smooth moves of passionate belief fixed upon a moment. Dawn
When one feels lonely one should fill the sky with thunder.
When the silence becomes more oppresive let it be filled with dreams.
Tha's what this poem is saying to me.
Dear reader, what it...is saying to you?
