Blending Truths

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Blessed are hands assisting humankind
In its quest to evolve
And adjust to the mystification of being alive
By feeding and clothing its body,
Heart and mind
By building edifices of conscious thought
Reaching over into the next world
While farming landscapes of creative endeavor
Offering synaptic fruit and spiritual nectar
To offer homes of running water
In communities of individual momentum
In supportive families
Where light and love abound
In the midst of storm and war
In the center of unbridled dreams
In the clutch of horror and madness
In the splendor of hope’s magic
Blessed are eyes seeing
Through the horizon of tomorrow
Where the sons and daughters
Born from a womb of unknown stars
Have the opportunity
To gaze into the spectrum of the invisible
Becoming the living proof
Of universal passion
Dying to be born
Into the clarity of knowing nothing
Embracing everything ever imagined
Breathing light into the absence of blending truths
We hold the ground creatively and constructively until the Hope becomes real and actualised. In this way, the Absence seems less dark, less unsubstantiated. You blend truths beautifully, Jude. The alchemy of their merged essences will provide the spark of that universal passion of which you speak, the Seers being the Keepers of the Invisible Flame. A new heaven and a new earth gestate and grow fat on your words. TY K xx
Jude,
You know how Rosann Rosannadanna used to say, "It's always something!"
Reading this poem, smiling, and you got me:
"Dying to be born
Into the clarity of knowing nothing"
That be it right there. That be what I dang love.
That clarity of knowing nothing. And loving it.
Not needing to have it all figured out.
Not needing to understand, to predict.
Knowing that there is no knowing. HA!
Greater mysteries, always there are greater mysteries.
Embrace them indeed.
You have such a fine mind. Still my favorite living poet, and an unstoppable force of nature.
It's awesome to "know" you. ;)
and a child shall lead the way...
Though the darkness of a bitter world shows in the images created here, there is also a quality of hope that maybe, just maybe there is still hope.
