OH MY GOODNESS!!! Is THIS what you have been locking away in the closet up there in that attic of yours, Kartero?! Wow! More than a little "glowing" your end of the wire, I'd say; can't think we've been privileged to see this calibre of Forese heat since the likes of Fertile Surface and Burning Brightly back in 2005 - of which, of course, this poem greatly reminds... "the time is ripe/right to sorround you..." Frankie Goes To Hollywood (or, in this case, The Bronx) to bring us lush images that are both phallicly fertile AND primevally reincarnatory, bursting through all physical and spiritual dimensions. Celebratory, proclamatory and as glorious as the Rockefeller Christmas tree and its golden Prometheus put together, this if fire from and of heaven indeed! A conjoined state of bliss envisioned by a love-longing that endures in the face of what time and space have yet to allow. The metaphysics of an amour that both melts and burns... like the Bright Star of John Keats and Fanny Brawne. Stunning! I like! :)) xx
