I thought about you yesterday, wondering why I hadn't seen you post. But I see you are alive and well and posting your best.

We are a bloody lot. Always have been. Our media is so instantaneous today that bloody activity from the past, lost in distance and time, irrelevant on the local scene, has become close and personal. Things are actually better, but our perception creates worry.

This does not deny the beauty and creativity of your poetic expression, just its message.

I believe that the biggest problem in America and other places where these senseless murders are taking place is that people seem to have lost their respect for human life in general. This was supposed to be a time of unity, of bringing people together but I have never seen so much distain for fellow man in my life as I see today. Good job on conveying your perspective of what is going on.
