I look into the shit colored skies
and think about the blue
we used to have
I look into the shit colored skies
and think about the blue
we used to have
Mother Earth needs a physical, a papsmear
She's suffering from bad acne, her hair is falling out.
She has a hole in head.
She's suffering sinking suffocating
She's doin crack
She's on Sunset Blvd pimpin me and you
Her chapped cracked peeling lips cannot form the words for help
her parchment dry rusty throat cannot swallow
Her once large firm breasts are now sagging
Death becomes her weary rotund figure
Food pollution, air pollution, water pollution,
human pollution
are overwhelming conditions
so you'd better fill out one ot two of those
petitions for the revision
of the earth
or else you can take your
recycled, re-used, re-whatever
grocery bags
and aluminums cans
and throw them away
cause Mother Earth needs a
papsmear

One of the most timely, exacting poems I've ever read. It moves you to action.
(Charlestown, Rhode Island) - Welcome to AILEEN’S GUESTHOUSE where locals and lodgers have more in common than first meets the eye. And, there's plenty of blame to go around.
Pecked to Death offers a refreshing perspective on managing the chaos of everyday life, encouraging you to take control and prioritize what truly matters.
