My hand and heart with gift,
Of heaven’s nature freely,
A visitor she came,
On wings of flight to see me,
Oh my the darling face I thought,
Such deep a look she gave me,
She looked into my soul,
To see who I could be,
In awe I stood so tiny,
Was she, but I so tall,
The courage of a lion,
For a bird so small,
From heaven such a friendship,
My heart, barely it kept pace,
This is a gift from God,
So I called her Angelface,
Still every time I see her,
We talk in happy talk,
To happy hearts we meet,
When I go for my walk,
Together in our hearts,
Forever we shall know,
Friends we’ll always be,
When we to heaven go,
All the other precious creatures,
Like my little peg,
Struggling was her feature,
She only had one leg,
She too the little darling,
A little friend of mine,
Soon to heaven flew,
Where now she will be fine,
I’m sure she will remember,
Us, sharing food and heart,
I know she’ll meet me there,
When soon I will depart,
My little friend called booboo,
For ill he was of health,
On my shoe he sat,
Shared medicine for wealth,
An angel too, not stays too long,
But we shared our heart,
For the moments joy,
Take with us when we part,
So many friends I have, so true ,
These friends the very best,
We meet again, that place we go,
My soul by them is blessed,
Angels live in this domain,
A gift to see their soul,
Look closely, see their hearts,
See heaven, be your goal.

The angels we meet...in their earthly forms. How blessed we are for that moment!
Your writing is beautiful and I enjoyed it so much!
"An angel too, not stays too long,
But we shared our heart,
For the moments joy,
Take with us when we part,"
Words to live by, Jasmin, so many things "not stays too long". You are a wonder with words, my friend.
In Spirit,
Bear
A bittersweet poem that shows where you heart is going.
