The photo reminds me of those birthday poppers where you pull each end and confetti pops out. Correlate this to life, and it is always mysterious and beautiful.
Well this photo mirrors your poem very well. Nice choice in words and picture. I surely can relate to what you have put in this poem..I get you..
Peace, love, and light,

I'm tongue-tied with this one Ted. The inner beauty of your wisdom has an aura all it's own.

Susan

. .. but we act so small mostly;
and we seldom dare to reach out; to change, to feel, to extend our.selves...to know.
and i wonder if, if the bravest of things, is to let go.. .
reach out and then simply let it all fall away.

Well, the photo is extraordinary. I could spend hours meditating on that alone. Your poem is another level of art that challenges the reader to open new avenues of the brain and accept novel vistas of life. Well done.
Poetry. Various urgent, lively, and sometimes haunting poems appear here alongside stark black and white photos of Jones' homeless subjects. Jones takes on the plight of the homeless in different voices, echoing the thoughts of people on the streets,
God bless you. Kathy
