Universal Night


If you could just step into my mind
give me something to dream
in my sleep
I’d dream for you
Just to hold you
mindful of your needs
We’d love one another
in our sleep


I dream of universal night
The magic of imagining you

Seems as though everyone I've read triggered off a tune. This is beautiful, Dale, as all your poems are. A local song goes something like this, "send me the pillow that you dream on, so I can dream on it too" not as beautiful as yours, but it's stuck in my head now ...
