The Rain Came

The rain came, falling down never touching the ground The tears spilled, from my eyes now just dust in the wind The earth went round no one fell off The universe orbited everything�s in flux Our eyes were open yet we did not see Our ears heard but no sound was made A storm blew in so black and gray The thunder rumbled silencing a sunny day The lightning bolted the air was electric We were blue angels our spirits flew our wings glowed we traveled the wires which illuminated us Our fear subsides as the cosmos move We bleed our pain into the ocean � 2003 CJ Clark All Rights Reserved
