Florance was creative, she was spunky and bold,
She was in her seventies, she was a beautiful soul.
She was adored by her family and friends,
What happened to sweet Florance was such a sin.
She lived in the family home, all alone,
She had no fears, she felt safe in her home.
She lived in a small, quiet town, where no one locked their doors,
She lived next door to her son, who could ask for more.
Then one night as she lay in her bed,
Her whole idyllic dreamworld came crashing down on her head.
Out of the shadows of her room,
Evil emerged from out of the gloom.
A man stood there, his plan was rape,
For this frail Grandmother, there would be no escape.
The beast ignored her cries for mercy, as he held her down,
His glazed eyes held no emotion as he ripped off her nightgown.
His maleness impaled her, the pain was Hell,
She wondered if she would survive the assault, she couldn't tell.
The beast, not sated, turned her over and committed sodomy,
She felt her life slipping away, she was in agony.
He turned her back over, preparing to do more,
She put her feet in his chest and kicked him to the floor.
This enraged him and he hit her hard, knocking her out and some of her teeth,
She was now unconscious and got momentary relief.
When she came to, she found herself hog tied,
Then the man untied her and lay down at her side.
He then threw his leg over her, she was in a trap,
The beast now sated, decided to take a nap.
