I am terrified of the mere IDEA of tornadoes!!!!! I hope all is well for you now:) I really liked the format of this one, it seems to be a good format for your style of poetry:) Be well- love, Michelle
Move, I saw funnel, and dip then wipe out city next door, blimey the rain, and storm excited me, that I drove after it, never seeing anything like it, but my military friends got scarred, a bolt hit just before us, as we never really have any bad weather this was excitment to me..
YIKES! Bet you were scared beyond scared; I would be s****in' bricks if I ever saw a tornado! I have seen funnel clouds on several occasions, but THANK GOD NO tornadoes! (Hope I NEVER see one! EVER!) Scary, intense write; love the acrostics you did; marvelous job!

i know how you feel--i've been in three of those things, and they scare the bejeebers out of me. i heard the warning when it came over my weather radio, and karen and i said a quick prayer for you. glad you made it without any damage (just shattered nerves)!
you describe the helpless, terrifying emotions perfectly
