Confused minds think unclear,
And things may seem what they not.
Love may be lust,
Hate may be envy,
Needs are a lot less inexpensive then wants.
Friends may be associates rather,
And lovers may be just that, minus confirmed commitment.
Mistakenly, shit got twisted in the mind of a solider,
Who’s now not just out to kill an enemy,
But all that comes in the path of a sniper’s aim.
Things hurt,
Pain ain’t fun,
Deception is cold,
While heartache feels hot.
Confused minds think unclear
