It’s a fabulous sunny day,
Igniting the spirit to go out and play.
Headed for the calming sounds of the ocean waves,
Seeking a little serenity that I crave.
The fresh air blew in someone new,
We found ourselves atop a breathtaking view.
Sharing so many stories in the warm heat,
Enjoying a sweet treat.
You never know who you will meet,
Along the ocean floor walking in your bare feet.
your experience was better than mine, although i did enjoy the ocean with good friends, noone new though, just family and friends. It was a peaceful fun vacation.....Yours seems better though too.

Just what I needed after a heavy day at work. Very calming and I love the line 'The fresh air blew in someone new.' And, the last line. Lovely little gem.
Makes me want to be there. Romantic and refreshing. However if I was, "Along the ocean floor walking in [my] bare feet," the only thing I would probably meet would be to step on a stingray or crab or two and meet up with a shark. ;-)
