[ Note – I don’t know if God ever truly gets exasperated, fatigued or frustrated in the sense that we understand those words, but I’ve no doubt that God’s heart breaks when we succumb to sin or walk the wayward path. ]
Night of the broken-hearted God
in sky, moonlit: negative space, expanding doubt fringed with ragged disbelief at wayward angels and willful thoughts within flawed hearts of man.
fatigued, frustrated, God weeps for our temptation, moans.
tears fall steady through time to earth, drip-drip-drop, grace tinged with intense, jagged grief. Creator surveys sin’s tangled roots, mourns Eden’s dream thus lost.
God's heart is only broken when HE sees hatred amongst humans. When all humans learn to accept each other and live in unisom that's when HE will be happy.
god's heart is broken ... under that premise, why doesn't he do something already so his heart can rejoice? i mean it's been thousands of years ... man needs guidance not pity ... yet, god seems to offer neither ...

I believe God not only sees our sin, but feels every bit of our pain. We are after all made in His image. This was a beautiful write Dawn. I especially like:

Our culture has taught us to believe in many ideas which aren't actually real. Exposing these illusions allows us to recover the power to live our lives according to our deepest desires.
