All Wrapped Up

a cold winter morning in the Colorado Rockies triggered these thoughts...


never before…
have I felt this way
never before…
have I been in such disarray


Your amazing touch
triggers sensation
I cannot explain.
Your amazing touch
softly caressing
hot desires run through my veins.



My nakedness unveiled
and you cover me,
my carelessness revealed
and you smother me



we don’t need a reason
to hold on tight
don’t care about the season
for us time’s always right



velvet is what comes to mind
wrapped in your softness I go blind
I’m touching you with growing pleasure
a thousand kisses could not feel better
you’re here for me in every weather
I love you, my most cherished….

LOL! That's a good one! You had me, though, with that line -- "a thousand kisses could not feel better." I was just watching the movie "Open Range" and at the end, when Postlewaite gets together with Sue, he tells her when she kisses him "I'm going to need about a thousand of those!" Hahahah. Good stuff, Becca.

Clever ending to this...but...
I have to say Becca, without that final word this would make one hell of a love poem all on it's own. It is beautiful and passionate and to be honest too tenderly romantic to be turned into a riddle poem...no matter how much I grinned at the end...I was enthralled with the passion of it all the way through...
