seeking inner harmony...one pauses to reflect upon the physical and spiritual world...suspended...and with sacrifice accepts change.

The Hanged Man

Sitting on top
of a hill in the city...
Windy and lonesome
and feeling self-pity.

The sun is up shining
the time is high noon...
Feelin two faces
brought on by the moon.

A man sits and wonders
his fate that is cast...
Of how long the pain
in his blue heart must last.

A being who knows
of his time and his space...
Who foresees a future
he cannot erase.

Compassion and suffering
his body does show...
A life traveling fast
and a death moving slow.

He sings of a time
when his spirit will be...
One not of blue notes
but one that is free.

He has tried to live life
the best that he can...
Death will come soon
for he is the hanged man.

Everyone has the same path...we will reach the end of the noose when life closes the door here within this place...yet there is more to life than just this world...

Spiritual harmony is elusive...

The more treasured things become apparent when hanging there with the last minutes. Life is simpler for those who treasure small details.

Life compended on a Tarot card, a selfpity solution to a weak life question, all put wonderfully together in a poem with words getting brownish with age but anyway, unforgetables.
Excellent!

Yet with death can come rebirth in the spiritual sense: for our senses can be so tuned when we are at the edge of that Abyss.
