last week I entertained the thought
that Hollywood was filming near by
and tonight I sit in awe and wonder
because tomorrow they are showing up
 

found a note tonight on my front door
from 20^th Century Productions
“Notification of Intended Filming”
“Exterior Gunfire, automatic full load
Explosion and Bullet Hits”
tomorrow from 8 am to 10 pm
“please don’t park on the street”
 

“Special effects, camera and crew
large equipment on private property
wetting down street and rain effects”
“Atmospheric smoke and oxen”
I’m laughing so hard, at this craziness
as it thanks me for my hospitality
and cooperation yet no mention of
asking permission…..oxen?
