photo taken in Golden, Colorado above the Red Rocks Amphitheater

Poem Artwork

golden hills surround the landscape
the air is clear and large
in the distance looms the rockies
perhaps in a way i have died
for it seems of heaven
on this summer day
surrendering to this golden way
relaxed and peaceful
a gentle breeze moves my hair
i have no worries nor frets
nor frenzies
i believe that this is life
lived in a higher way

i realize when i listen
to the song of my heart
you beautifully fulfill
my world and i receive
the pleasures you have created
today the moon is in pisces
energizing the mystery of dreams
remembering to allow and trust
with compassion
everything emerges
from our thoughts
and i am savoring
the formulation of
your energy

The poem goes through the valley like a soul traveling with a weak breeze, as not to disturb the peaceful landscape.
Enchanting.

Debby this certainly is one hell of a spiritual narration with the images swimming into the brain as if they were born there. Very nice piece indeed/
