Music can take you to places where you want to go...

Inside the music hall,
a pianist plays her tune.
Slim, passionate fingers
dancing across the piano keys.
She plays the song of her life.
Her audience sits attentively in their seats.
With bated breaths
They journey into her life
through her tunes.

Sometimes her tune would bring him happiness,
and he would rejoice with her;
Sometimes her tune would bring him sadness,
and he would feel the sorrows in her life.
Sometimes she would beat down on those keys so hard
tunes of anger and madness can be heard from afar.
Yet, sometimes she would bring him to a place
where there’s a stream - serene and beautiful -
and he would feel the heavenly bliss.

When the tunes reach the climax
He would imagine himself lying face-up
on a beautiful field of green,
looking up into the sky.
In between the shapely clouds and the blue sky
he would see the pianist sitting at her piano
playing wildly her tunes into climax.
In his wildest dream, there is only God,
the pianist, and himself, in a place called heaven.

Then slowly her fingers hit each note
With such ease and calmness,
She would bring the audience peacefully
into the end of her song.
The audience applauds,
each smiling in contentment,
rudely awakening him from his daydream.
The pianist stands and bows with appreciation.
The curtain falls.
