A month gone by,
since you said goodbye.
Still each day I need to cry.
Thirty days ago and more,
you went through the door.
I knew the agony I had in store.
Heartache is still there,
for I really did care.
Is pain all we have now to share?
Nothing left to do,
‘cept to see it through.
And say how much I am missing you
