The title says it all!
Weather in foul mood Matches my own You said you loved me But I walk alone A lonely heart Makes for miserable day You said you loved me But you went away Behind my guard You crept so deftly You said you loved me But you still left me You took my heart Became my lover You said you loved me But you chose another Emptiness alone is left I fail to understand You said you loved me Nobody to hold my hand You were my everything The perfect one You said you loved me But now you�ve gone

David.. You've written a simple, powerful piece with perfect rhyme.. I found myself drawing into the words and the thoughts.. who couldn't relate to this utterly lovely, yet sad expression of something so human..? this is a wonderful poem. mmmm powerful words, I love you. Words that sting when it doesnt seem to be working out.
"As you left and said your goodbyes,
you forgot to tell my heart
how to live without you".

Awwwwwwwwwwww :`( ... I can hold your hand for a bit! LOL!

This burns with aching, longing and the deepest of love. As I have said before... there are MANY fine fishettes waiting to bite! A man with a heart like this....a woman would be a fool to "walk away".... Verse is very well done. Like the form as well.
