"Losing You" reminds me very much of the sudden and unexpectedly exalted feeling of a liberated woman who has finally divested herself of the toxic burden of an abusive love partner and is now experiencing the joy of hope for the future.

Love is only good when it's good. Too often, we are wont to accept a second-rate existence when oppression, disinterest and abuse keep us living in fear. My dear Vickie, you have written so much of the joy and divinity of love, it's strange to know this part of you. "Losing You" is a perceptive and sensitive muse which only impels me to seek more of the shelter of your other works on the Harmony of Love.

Ah, yes, let me taste more of your sweetness in other verses.

Suddenly, for no reason waking up with sweating forehead and a temblor on the body...fear, fear as taken hold of our heart, it is unreasonable? just a fiction create from a nightmare or is this an omen?
Losing someone, just the fear of it will seems so real.

"time was now on my side as I approached the days of my future..." such a wise and almost spiritual line that is also very real. How long does it take us to finally get time once more on our side? Nice Vick..
